Calling on years of service and real world experiences Assured Protection has created some of the best training courses for civilians and law enforcement professionals. All Assured Protection’s Security Guards are required to attend a three day long classroom Security Officer Basic Training Course. Meeting or exceeding state mandated training requirements, courses are taught by founder Rich Pollock who uses these courses not only to train but to screen each candidate for our clients. On-the-job site specific training occurs after classroom training is completed.

Recognizing the importance of continuing education, our management team comprised of Shift Supervisors, Site Supervisors and Account managers regularly interview and train guards by reviewing protocol, procedure and reporting procedures. In addition, Power Point presentations are uploaded to our payroll company for mandatory training. Additional courses can be designed specifically for your facility.
